Job Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Talent Pal, you will be responsible for creating and delivering sales plans to achieve and exceed targets. You will manage new marketing-generated leads, conduct prospecting and outbound sales activities, and maintain comprehensive records on our CRM system. You will also stay up-to-date with market developments and trends to effectively communicate with clients during the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Manage new leads and conduct sales activities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM system
  • Stay informed about market trends and developments to effectively communicate with clients
  • Report on sales performance and pipeline forecast as required

Requirements
  • Proven track record of selling products and/or services in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Experience in managing quotations, bids, and proposals, including setting pricing models to achieve required margin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of standard IT programs, including Salesforce, and ability to use proprietary software for business processes
  • Experience in preparing and delivering proposal presentations to senior managers in a customer environment
  • Knowledge of the business assurance sector
