We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Concierge Agent to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services
    • Provide personalized service to all guests at the Concierge desk, lobby, hotel entrance, and airport, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
    • Ensure a high level of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the Concierge operations.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Utilize appropriate materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure the smooth operation of Concierge services.
    • Request requisitions as needed to maintain optimal levels of inventory.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Ensure proper coverage and supervision of the Concierge desk, lobby, hotel entrance, and airport service at all times.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Guest Feedback and Reporting
    • Be aware of and report all guest comments or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Update activity reports and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist the Assistant Manager Concierge in fulfilling administrative responsibilities and monitoring activities.
    • Replace the Assistant Manager Concierge as needed to ensure continuity of service.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay updated on the latest administrative, organizational, operational, or other changes and news within the company.
    • Attend daily line-up briefings with the Concierge team to recap tasks and activities.
  • Quality and Standards
    • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, adhering to hotel and department appearance standards.
    • Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
