Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales for Emirates Bustanica. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans and communication strategies that align with the company's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Create and manage marketing materials and campaigns, including brochures, email campaigns, website content, social media posts, webinars, and public relations events.
  3. Plan and manage events, including developing comprehensive plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing event execution.
  4. Support the Sales team by analyzing market trends and competition to generate sales leads and provide actionable insights.
  5. Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing activities to provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Manage the marketing team (if applicable) and oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing department activities.
  7. Implement best practices for e-commerce sales to achieve gross margin and net margin targets.
  8. Conduct market research to gather customer insights and analyze customer preferences and trends for creating targeted marketing strategies.
  9. Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

Job Context:

The Senior Marketing Manager will operate in a dynamic environment where the primary challenge is the successful implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for educating Emirates Bustanica on essential practices for growing and engaging an external customer base.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, or a relevant field, with specific experience in a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, digital design/engagement, and a strong background in CRM execution.

Skills:

Excellent stakeholder management, proven ability to drive a full end-to-end product lifecycle in an agile environment, strong communication and presentation skills, advanced analytical skills, and solid background in customer acquisition strategies.
