MCG Talent is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will partner with departmental managers to understand their business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of these objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and coaching to employees and management on HR policies and procedures, employee relations issues, and talent management strategies.
- Lead the implementation of HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement programs, and workforce planning.
You will also conduct regular meetings with respective business units to review human resources metrics, trends, and challenges. Additionally, you will facilitate conflict resolution processes and guide managers on handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
