CEO Support Specialist

About the Job:
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for the CEO.
- Develop and edit high-quality documents, communications, and presentations.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and execute events and meetings, meeting the CEO's expectations.
- Accompany the CEO on domestic and international trips, overseeing logistical details.
- Gather and analyze data, preparing reports and recommendations for executives.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the CEO's needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably working with senior executives.
- Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with native-level English proficiency; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to diverse time zones.
- Valid passport and comfort with regular travel.
