  • We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Analyst to join our team.
  • As a key member of our scrum team, you will drive business growth by streamlining functional areas such as Sales, Support, and Customer Experience.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional business units of the Customer First organization and federal stakeholders to develop end-to-end solutions.
  • Your responsibilities will include requirement gathering, implementing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and reporting success metrics for these solutions.
  • You will leverage analysis, interviews, workshops, surveys, and other methodologies to refine user stories and create technical requirement documents, process flows, and functional and system design specifications.
  • You will collaborate with product analysts, developers, and admins to build and design solutions for Salesforce and related systems.
  • You will create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test data, configuring fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
  • You will provide production support during system interruptions, including root cause analysis, issue resolution, deployment, and remediation.
  • You will lead the documentation of support issues on a wiki-like platform and update it on an ongoing basis.
  • You will participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of IT experience, including 3+ years of hands-on implementation of Experience Cloud, Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Government Cloud Plus is preferred.
  • A deep understanding of designing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and its associated ecosystem.
  • A track record of streamlining functional areas such as Sales, Support, and Customer Experience.
  • The ability to analyze business processes and systems for inefficiencies and lead internal customers to success.
  • The ability to facilitate recommendations for solutions or improvements and reviewing solutions that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Background using one or more programming languages such as APEX, Visualforce, JavaScript (preferred).
  • The ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
