Salesforce Signature Lead

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to serve as a named resource and partner for our Salesforce Signature customers. The ideal candidate will have experience leading efforts of cross-functional teams to facilitate resolution or disposition of customer needs or projects.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating all deliverables and ensuring a unified Signature experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including IT and business executive leadership.
- Provide expert guidance on implementing the Salesforce platform, identifying potential challenges and risks to customers' implementation.
- Communicate the value of Signature Success and ensure all collaborators understand this value.
- Advocate for customers during triage and resolution of high-severity cases.
The CSM may be required to occasionally travel to customer sites and be available for some after-hour or weekend coverage.
A minimum of 8 years of work experience in Technical Customer Success, Salesforce CRM or SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology solutions development, technical solutions, and/or solutions architecture is required.
