Job Description

The Chief Investment Officer will be responsible for building strategic partnerships that align with our mandate, helping to drive growth and development in our target markets.

This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage a portfolio of sponsorships and partnerships that deliver against core brand values and business objectives.
  2. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new sponsorship opportunities to maximize ROI.
  3. Manage and ensure effective implementation of functional policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity.
  4. Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication or related discipline.

Solid understanding of project and contract management, and planning.

Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.

Ability to work on their own initiative, effectively both as an individual and part of a team.

12+ years' experience in managing sponsorships and activation plans or a similar discipline.
