Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, and thank them with genuine appreciation.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Security and Safety: Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents and injuries to management, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other team members, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Work Experience: No related work experience is required, but previous customer service experience is an asset.
- License or Certification: None required.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
