About the Position

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Operations, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk and administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Support: Assist with front desk duties, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving guest complaints.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Director, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, take messages, and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hospitality or similar industry.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
