Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the NMC Healthcare Sharjah team, the Customer Service Representative/Office Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  1. Greeting and Directing Visitors: Providing a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance and information.
  2. Meeting and Travel Arrangements: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and clients, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  3. Office Operations: Performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, answering phone calls, taking messages, sorting mail, maintaining and updating filing systems, operating office equipment, and arranging maintenance and repairs.
  4. Event Planning: Organizing and preparing for office events, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activities, ensuring they run smoothly and are well-received.
  5. Supply Management: Ordering and distributing office supplies, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  6. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  7. Process Improvement: Reviewing and updating office procedures to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and minimize costs.
  8. Policy Enforcement: Ensuring adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
