">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our interior fitout projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Project Planning and Coordination
">The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, schedule, and resource requirements. They will lead project kickoff meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals.
">">Budget and Cost Control
">The Project Manager will prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. They will track expenditures, manage change orders, and control financial risks to prevent cost overruns.
">">Client and Stakeholder Management
">The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. They will organize client meetings, presentations, and site visits to keep stakeholders informed.
">">Team Leadership and Coordination
">The Project Manager will lead a team of designers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring collaboration and efficient workflow. They will assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, tracking performance and progress.

">The successful candidate will conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is proceeding according to plan, design specifications, and quality standards. They will ensure that all work complies with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

A Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
">">Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fitout or construction projects.
">">Strong understanding of fitout processes, materials, and construction techniques.
">">Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
">">Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
">">Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera,AutoCAD).
">">Knowledge of local building regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control procedures.
">">PMP or similar certification is a plus.
