We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Design BIM Modeler to advance our architectural practice and contribute to the success of our team.

As an Interior Design BIM Modeler, you will play a key role in the design and development of interior spaces for a variety of projects. You will utilize your expertise in BIM modeling to create detailed 3D models of interior spaces, incorporating architectural and MEP elements.

You will collaborate closely with our team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 3D models of interior spaces using BIM software
  • Incorporate Architectural, Structural, and MEP elements into the BIM model
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Review and analyze project documents to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications
  • Provide support to project teams and assist with problem-solving
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of BIM standards and processes within the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant engineering field
  • 5 years of experience working in a GCC and international consultancy firm
  • Full working knowledge of Revit
  • Working knowledge of CAD is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to review mark-ups and challenge any discrepancies before implementing
  • Capacity to independently detail interior fit-out works and joinery without supervision
  • Understanding of ID deliverables and typical drawings/documentations which are to be cross-referenced with drawings
  • Able to manage their own day-to-day workload and meet completion dates for given tasks
  • Work alongside BIM coordinators as required

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

This salary range reflects the national average for this position based on industry standards and the location of the job.
