Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies to drive growth in Cash and Trade sales.
- Collaborate with Coverage teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in Cash Management, Payments, Liquidity Management, and Trade Finance.
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring strong relationships are maintained and new business opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Work closely with Product innovation teams to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.
- Proactively manage transactional risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in Transactional Banking, with a proven track record in originations, relationship management, and revenue growth.
- Strong technical knowledge of Cash and Trade Finance products, including core and value-added Trade Finance, Cash Management products, and Digital/Electronic Channels.
- Self-starter who can handle all inquiries relating to Cash and Trade Finance independently, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong origination capability coupled with excellent customer orientation & negotiation skills, with a self-confident and performance-driven approach.
