Job Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring alerts, transactions, and customer accounts for signs of card fraudulent activity.
  • Investigating suspicious activities to confirm card fraud.
  • Preparing detailed reports on fraud cases and making recommendations to prevent future fraud.

Policies and Governance

This role requires adherence to AML/CFT and Fraud-related policies. You will make clear decisions to identify and report fraudulent activities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fraud Specialist specializing in Card Fraud.

Proven experience in using card fraud or broader fraud-related systems.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
