Key Responsibilities
  • Investigations and Compliance: Conduct thorough investigations into HR-related ethics concerns, working closely with the Ethics Office and regional partners to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Regulatory Exams and Audits: Participate in regulatory exams and internal audit reviews to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Support: Respond to workplace concerns on behalf of senior management, providing guidance and support to employees.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Citi Security and Investigative Services, and Audit, to investigate employee misconduct and develop effective policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training initiatives for HR, focusing on policy interpretation and application.
  • Policy Development: Develop effective policy resource tools for HR and managers, ensuring consistent application and interpretation of policy and practice.
  • Risk Management: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in employee relations, compliance, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
