Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Al Marwan Group Holding. As an Executive Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our executives and play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Communication and Correspondence: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, reports, and other business-related documents.
  2. Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other business-related documents, as well as assist in creating and editing presentations, spreadsheets, and other data-related tasks.
  4. Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements and manage travel-related expenses, ensuring seamless execution of business trips.
  5. Scheduling and Coordination:
  6. Executive Calendar Management: Manage the executive's calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring optimal use of time.
  7. Logistics and Arrangements: Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings, including reserving meeting rooms, equipment, and refreshments, ensuring a professional and productive environment.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with document management systems.
