Key Responsibilities
  • Pastry Production Management: Coordinate and manage the production of all pastry items, including desserts, pastries, and breads, to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior chefs and pastry cooks to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all pastry products meet our high standards.

Requirements
