- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers visiting the showroom, initiate sales processes, and provide qualified advice on vehicle specifications.
- Relationship Building: Maintain close contact with prospect customers, make sales calls, and visit them to suit their schedule and convenience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and accessories to provide customers with informed advice.
- Documentation and Administration: Ensure accurate completion and recording of vehicle transactions, including payment and registration with the traffic department.
- Customer Service: Provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction at all times, in accordance with the company's sales policies and procedures.
- Additional Responsibilities: Participate in seasonal sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration, and provide customers with qualified advice on vehicle finance and insurance facilities.
- Qualifications: Degree in any discipline or through automotive vocational route.
- Experience: 3-5 years of solid experience in automotive sales in the UAE.
- Skills: Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or work experience, and preferably bilingual (Arabic and English).
- Personal Qualities: Attention to detail and concern for quality.
