Job Description:

As an Assistant Guest Relations Manager at Jumeirah Al Naseem, you will oversee VIP guest experiences, coordinate with departments for smooth arrivals and departures, manage billing, and ensure seamless stays. You will conduct pre-arrival checks, monitor VIP facilities, and personally meet and assist all Platinum and Gold members of the Jumeirah One Loyalty Program.

  • Conduct pre-arrival checks by coordinating with relevant departments and gathering necessary data.
  • Monitor VIP facilities and perform last-minute inspections of suites before guest arrival.
  • Oversee VIP guest experiences, coordinate with departments, manage billing, and ensure seamless stays.
