The Compensation and Benefits Expert will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining payroll records, and assisting with compliance requirements at Avrioc Technologies.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a high degree of organization and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payrolls for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Calculate and process overtime, incentives, bonuses, deductions, and other adjustments to payroll.
  • Maintain payroll data in the payroll system and ensure it is correctly entered.
  • Manage invoices and task lists received from external contracts and playtesters.

Raising PRs and POs

  • Assist with raising purchase orders and procurement requests based on various invoices.
Employee Support
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries regarding deductions, taxes, benefits, etc.
  • Work closely with HR to resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely communication with employees about their pay.

Additional Duties

  • Support HR-related functions as needed (benefits administration, employee data management, etc.).
  • Provide payroll-related data for the annual budgeting process.
