Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Abroad Work. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance with day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
  • Support with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
  • Cultivate effective communication and collaboration across departments
  • Coordinate mail and courier packages
  • Assist with events and meetings as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in administration or a similar role is preferred
  • A valid UAE residence visa or willingness to obtain one with company sponsorship
  • Proficient English skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Friendly attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • BASIC knowledge of bookkeeping principles is advantageous
