Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage data backup environments, including off-site disaster recovery and tape libraries.
  • Design and implement solutions for storage infrastructure using EMC and HP products.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex data storage and backup issues.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their data protection needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of technical IT experience, with 5+ years supporting Server, Storage, and Backup systems.
  • 3+ years working as a Backup & Storage Admin in a large organization.
  • Experience with Windows, Unix, and AIX platforms.
  • Familiarity with solutions like TSM, Veeam, and Data Domain.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
