Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:
The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the reception desk and providing overall administrative support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior executives.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Ensure smooth office operations, including petty cash management and finance-related documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Perform other tasks as delegated by senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration and providing support to senior management.
- Excellent IT proficiency, English language skills, and organizational development expertise.
- Strong business partnering and HR knowledge.
