Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide critical support to the organization by managing day-to-day operations, including human resources, administrative tasks, and logistical arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordination and Scheduling: Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  2. Documentation and Permits: Prepare and handle shipping-related documentation, including permits, clearances, and trade licenses.
  3. Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and coordinate payroll processing.
  4. HR Support: Address employee queries, grievances, and provide general HR support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in admin or HR roles, preferably in shipping, logistics, or maritime sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
