  3. Prepare and collate reports, utilizing strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  4. Filing and document management to ensure organized and secure storage of sensitive information.
  5. Coordinate and service meetings, producing agendas and taking minutes to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrate exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail and discretion.
  2. Utilize proficient typing skills to prepare reports and other documents efficiently.
  3. Employ effective verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Education and Experience:

  1. Possess a university/college degree, which is an asset in this role.
  2. Hold at least 1 year of UAE experience, with previous experience in a particular industry preferred but not essential.
