Job Description
At Vistros Intl, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for creating a positive impression and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department, providing information to visitors and assisting with inquiries about the company, managing the reception area, including keeping it clean, organized, and presentable, receiving and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate recipients, scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for conference rooms and company events, assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow, handling general inquiries and providing support to employees as needed, and monitoring office supplies and placing orders as necessary.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance and demeanor, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, and a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
