Job Title: Associate Manager - Internal Communications

The Associate Manager-Internal Communications is responsible for developing and disseminating newsworthy messages to internal stakeholders (staff and faculty). Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and oversee internal communications content calendar, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Design and implement strategic campaigns that build our narrative and engage our audience, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  3. Responsible for disseminating AUS messages internally in a creative and effective manner, leveraging various communication channels.
  4. Responsible for moderating internal content and messaging, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  5. Develop campaigns and initiatives that build AUS's employee engagement and reputation, driving business outcomes and growth.
  6. Oversee content and visual development of internal newsletter, showcasing company news and achievements.
  7. Organize internal events, town hall meetings, and other internal engagements, promoting collaboration and teamwork.

Qualifications and Skills Required
  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in internal communications, with industry background.
  3. Awareness of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Computer literacy and proficiency in communication tools.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic Language is preferred).
  6. Ability to work independently in a collaborative setting and under tight deadlines.
  7. Positive, outgoing, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and across various stakeholder groups in a dynamic academic setting.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  1. Master's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Experience in an academic environment, especially higher education administration.
