Sales and Business Development Expert

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Medical Sales Professional. This role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in intensive care, operating rooms, recovery, emergency, cardiology, and maternity departments in public and private healthcare institutions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, with experience in hospital patient monitoring and emergency care. A bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, medicine, or nursing is required, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in intensive care, operating rooms, recovery, emergency, cardiology, and maternity departments in public and private healthcare institutions.
- Working closely with business partners and sub-distributors to achieve set financial targets.
- Providing technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations of HPM, EC & AMD portfolios.
- Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and providing them with the necessary support and training to use our products effectively.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to current clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, medicine, nursing, or relevant specialty.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Medical Device Industry with proven record of sales.
- Previous experience in Hospital Patient Monitoring & Emergency Care & Cardiology Diagnostics is preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare Solutions /Critical Care/Operating Rooms/ Emergency Department.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally.
- Very good command of written and spoken English & Arabic.
- Resident in UAE with valid driving license is a strong plus.
- No restriction to travel.
