We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Expert to join our dynamic team at House of Pops. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, overseeing all aspects of HORECA operations, and driving business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in selling, client prospecting & negotiations, and have a high level of energy & enthusiasm. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, increasing the share of business within existing accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

  • Achieve set sales targets (NIV) for the month/year.
  • Create new business opportunities and open new HORECA customers.
  • Increase the share of business within the existing accounts.
  • Increase sales from existing customers consistently year on year.
  • Expand and increase the number of SKUs sold with each customer.
  • Keep track of all new and prospective customers in your specific region and ensure we open the accounts.
  • Monitor competition and proactively inform managers, ensuring creative action plans to increase market share.
  • Ensure payment collection as per the set credit period timelines.
  • Create engaging relationships with all customers to ensure we are the preferred brand.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain excellent relations.
  • Maintain perfect Store KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end requirements of the customer.
  • Ensure proper documentation as per company policy.
  • Effectively plan sales targets and detail action plans on how to achieve them.
  • Review customer-wise sales daily/weekly/monthly and develop solutions to exceed budgeted sales.
  • Ensure strict compliance with brand standards and company policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BSc/BA in Business Management or related field is preferred.
  • UAE Driving License.
  • Exceptional skills in selling, client prospecting & negotiations.
  • High level of energy & enthusiasm.
  • Ability to multitask, manage events, and coordinate all major & minor events as required.
  • Results-driven with an eye for new opportunities.
