We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our Motors team and focus on our Car Sales segment. As part of Dubizzle Group, we are alongside some of the strongest classified brands in the market.
About the Role:
- Establish and maintain relationships with business owners and other stakeholders in the Auto Industry.
- Develop a database of leads through various means, including referrals, telephone calls, canvassing, face-to-face interactions, and networking.
- Sell value-added products and subscriptions to new and existing accounts.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to value and volume.
- Provide client training to ensure optimal usage of our services and conduct regular performance reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention.
- Monitor clients' health and quality metrics to ensure alignment with management's expectations and efficient use of services.
- Effectively communicate with clients to manage their expectations and ensure a great dubizzle experience.
- Review clients' accounts and identify areas for improvement to enhance their performance.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in B2B sales.
- Online sales experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic/Urdu languages.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous sales success and familiarity with the dubizzle website.
