Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MAJID AL FUTTAIM. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure effective visual merchandising across all stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stores to ensure signage requirements are met for sales and promotions, taking into account regional requirements.
- Work closely with the VM and Marketing departments to create in-store signage for new launches, campaigns, and products.
- Ensure that purchase orders and payments are processed in line with company policy.
- Develop and maintain a tracker for signage created, quantities, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Store teams to ensure collaborative efforts towards effective visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional internal customer service, assisting the marketing team on key projects and coordinating with approved agencies and third parties as needed.
- Create and maintain a store signage database in line with brand specifications, location, and dimensions.
Requirements
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar role managing multiple brands.
- Fluent in English with Arabic language skills.
- Experience with administrative work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
