Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the ME Services sharjah team, the Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Administrative Duties:
  • Reporting to management and performing various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Answering and directing telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding messages.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail and packages.
  • Preparing and distributing documents, including copying, scanning, and filing.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, adhering to professional etiquette.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
