Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at DaVita. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Phone and In-Person Communication: Answer phone calls and greet patients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and scheduling appointments as needed.
  2. Patient Registration: Welcome patients with highly professional etiquette, register them accurately, and utilize ID readers and scanners as required.
  3. Insurance Eligibility: Verify patient insurance eligibility and communicate with the insurance department to schedule patients for approved treatments.
  4. Scheduling and Coordination: Skilled in managing busy doctor's schedules, patient waiting lists, and Excel sheets.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficient in using Word and other software applications to manage patient information and schedules.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
