Requirements

  • Strong Technical Knowledge

Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems, is required.

  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Detail-Oriented and Organized
