Job Description

**Account Opening Processor**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Opening Processor to join our team at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. As an Account Opening Processor, you will be responsible for processing and checking account opening documents, maintaining related documentation, and ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and check account opening documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain related documentation and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all account opening documents are complete and accurate before submitting them for approval.
  • Verify that all account opening documents meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to account opening documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and policies related to account opening and ensure compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account opening or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a banking or financial institution.
  • Knowledge of account opening regulations and policies.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
