We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Financial Analyst to join our team at TotalEnergies. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including vendor analysis, vendor invoices, and supplier open advances.
  • General Ledger and Subledgers: Reconcile ledgers with subledgers, post general ledger accruals, and general provisions.
  • Fixed Assets and Depreciation: Contribute to fixed assets capitalization and depreciation, and follow up on work in progress aging.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including knowledge of all agreements and supplier chain process.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or higher degree with 5 years of experience in the field of accounting, auditing, and fiscal domains.
  • Experience: Professional experience in financial accounting, accounts reconciliations, and good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Skills: ERP - SAP knowledge/experience, good command of English language, and ability to work in a team environment.
