Job Overview

Operational Leadership & Strategy

  1. Team Management: Lead and supervise cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration among Business, Compliance & Risk, Finance, Customer Support, Technical Development, and Product Management departments.
  2. Operational Readiness: Ensure operational readiness for multiple projects by orchestrating cross-departmental coordination and aligning operational execution with business-approved objectives and regulatory requirements.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that translate into actionable initiatives, focusing on Standard Operational Procedures, workflows, and performance KPIs.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs, while documenting and maintaining operational procedures.

Web3 and Blockchain Operations

  1. Transaction Oversight: Oversee various on-chain transactions and transaction monitoring on custody providers.
  2. Liquidity Management: Optimize liquidity management and fiat settlement mechanisms to ensure seamless interaction between wallets, exchanges, and payment rails.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

  1. Compliance Knowledge: Have basic knowledge about AML/KYC procedures in Web3 field.

Product & Customer Experience

  1. User Journey Enhancement: Enhance the user journey and overall customer experience by integrating project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and CS platforms like Zendesk and Slack.
  2. Product Optimization: Work closely with the tech team to optimize the product offering and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  1. Experience: 7+ years of experience in operations with hands-on digital assets and web3 industry exposure.
  2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and execute complex projects.
  3. Customer Focus: Experience with customer journey design, project management tools, and support operations.
  4. Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  5. Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Adaptability: Experience working in a startup and being comfortable with fast-paced and adapting environments.
