Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Officer to join our team at ADNOC Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the rental services process, from tendering to contract distribution, ensuring seamless operations and services delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to all tendering activities, from Expression of Interest to Agreement distribution, for rental services in line with defined policies.
  • Maintain scheduling of the process, follow-up with management and end-users on contract status, and clarify related queries to ensure service continuity.
  • Identify vacant outlets at ADNOC Distribution Service Stations, assess area, location, and facilities, and proceed with subletting to suitable tenants.
  • Receive offers, arrange meetings with highest bidders, prepare bid reports, and evaluate them with management for tenant selection.
  • Lead the process of finalizing tenancy agreements, ensuring ADNOC Distribution's interests are protected.
  • Coordinate with legal and other stakeholders to ensure contract terms and conditions align with policies.
  • Oversee payment collection from tenants and validate prior to sharing with Finance for processing.
  • Manage lease agreement renewals, inform tenants, obtain agreement on renewal/termination, and process necessary documentation with Finance and other departments.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to introduce enhanced processes and technology, including changes to the vendor management system, for effective operational management.
  • Update and maintain standard forms of communication, tender documents, and tender board submissions.
  • Compile and prepare tender documents as per user requirements and handle necessary formalities and preparations based on company procedure related to tender invitation.
  • Arrange third-party visits, coordinate with bidders and end-users, and assist in solving system-based problems faced by bidders during online bid submission for effective operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • At least 4 years of experience in contract management within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Knowledge of process, technical bids, commercial bids, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct contractual/commercial activities.
  • Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
