Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Professional to join our team at myGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing government contracts and ensuring compliance with corporate and departmental policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Review, negotiate, and administer government-related contracts on behalf of assigned CAD BUs in accordance with corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
  • RFP/RFQ/RFI Support: Collaborate with internal departments to review various documentation, including legal language, scope of work, compensation, payment schedule, and discount schedule, as well as assembly of the final contract package for each customer, supplier, and/or project.
  • Contract Risk Assessment: Assess contractual risk and provide contract guidance to cross-functional team members for legal, financial, regulatory, and other business concerns.
  • Contract Scheduling: Administer CAD's federal General Services Administration (GSA) and state level contracts schedules, including price updates, audits, reports, and payments.
  • Process Improvement: Participate or lead process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and standardization, such as establishing templates, standardizing playbooks, process updates, etc.
  • Liaison Services: Act as liaison between the government contracting officer and the business on a variety of subjects.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain complete and accurate records within the contracts team's central repository and contract support center.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of government contracts experience required, including leading contract award negotiations, contract closeout, and pre and post RFP activities.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of federal and state contracting processes, knowledgeable of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, outstanding interpersonal skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, customer-focused team player, and advanced MS Office or Office 365 skills.
