Key Responsibilities

Drive client satisfaction by providing actionable insights and recommendations during presentations or business reviews, and by delivering value-added analyses and responses to special requests.

Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff, focusing on proposal and credentials preparation and delivery.

Ensure the generation of required revenue from the assigned client portfolio and proper contract costing to meet agreed budget targets.

Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that address clients' business needs, and build and maintain ongoing relationships with key personnel within client organizations.

Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date, and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their business needs are met.

• Identify opportunities to enhance and expand services to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with senior staff to prepare and deliver proposals and credentials.

• Analyze client data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of client activity and revenue generation.
