Content Creation & Production:

  1. Write compelling scripts, copy, and visual creative briefs in line with our luxury brand identity.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end content creation process, including concept development, production, and final delivery.
  3. Manage creator/influencer briefs and shoots, ensuring content aligns with brand aesthetics and campaign objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with in-house designers, outsourced agencies, videographers, and marketing teams to produce engaging, high-quality content.
  2. Provide clear creative direction to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all assets.

Digital Performance & Optimization:

  1. Receive feedback from the Digital team regarding content performance and apply it to new content development, striking a balance between equity and performance.

Required Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Photography, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content management, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
  • Knowledge of local and GCC agencies and studios.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, website content management, and omnichannel strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in managing influencer collaborations, content shoots, and creative production.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
