Position: Exhibition Operations Coordinator

Objective:

The primary goal is to effectively coordinate and execute cost-efficient exhibitions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, adhering to timelines, and maintaining rigorous budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement effective administrative frameworks for professional exhibitions
  • Oversee all facets of exhibitions and events, including setup and teardown, venue logistics, contractor management, and exhibitor communications
  • Develop comprehensive and user-friendly online manuals for exhibitors
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers and exhibitors
  • Collaborate with various teams to facilitate seamless event logistics
  • Enhance show signage production and visitor engagement

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

  • Educate teams on best practices and safety protocols
  • Ensure timely communication of updated information to exhibitors and contractors
  • Oversee health and safety measures on-site in accordance with company policies
  • Compile post-event health and safety reports with actionable recommendations
  • Conduct investigations into any incidents as necessary
  • Prepare risk assessments and method statements for events
  • Encourage a positive safety culture among all participants

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale international exhibitions
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Understanding of stand construction regulations and venue policies
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, AutoCad, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of international health and safety regulations
  • Detail-oriented planner with strong organizational skills
  • Customer-centric team player capable of prioritizing tasks and working under pressure
  • Must fulfill all criteria outlined in the job description
