Main Objective

As a Manager within the Duncan & Ross Digital Team, you will lead project teams on analyzing business processes and deriving Digital Transformation agendas for our international and local clients; and support the further development of Duncan & Ross Digital Transformation approach including services related to IT Governance, Data Analytics, Applications, Agile, and Emerging Technology (Artificial Intelligence, Process Mining, Robotic Process Automation, Internet of Things, and Industry 4.0).

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute workshops with clients to define the scope and approach for data-driven analyses and customer journey design.
  • Understand business problems from various industries and structure the analytical approach using advanced analytical tools and statistical techniques.
  • Guide consultants in designing digitization products, solutions, and implementation roadmaps in client projects.
  • Research and evaluate implementation partners to further develop Duncan & Ross's ecosystem for digitization.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing in English (Arabic is a plus) to all hierarchy levels in the organization.
  • Support the advancement of Duncan & Ross's digitization capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and training to consultants.
  • Prepare proposals and present at client pitches.

Required Skills

  • 5 years of experience in consultancy and a deep understanding of professional consulting.
  • Experience in a client-facing digital consulting role.
  • Experience in client sales pitch preparation and delivery is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of complex business processes of any kind.
  • Hands-on experience in Extract, Transform, Load and working with SQL data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Qlik is a plus.
  • Knowledge in IT architectures and emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Internet of Things, and Cloud Solutions.
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
  • Willingness to frequently travel to Saudi Arabia.

Education

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
