As a Client-Facing Customer Service Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, resulting in enhanced client satisfaction and loyalty.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  2. Providing accurate information on products, services, promotions, and company policies.
  3. Assisting customers with orders, including order tracking and delivery schedules.
  4. Resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  5. Cross-department collaboration to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.

Must-Haves

  • Fluency in Norwegian: Proficiency in Norwegian and English is required, with excellent communication skills.
  • European Customer Service Experience: A solid understanding of European customer service practices and consumer expectations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify customer issues and offer effective, timely solutions.
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable handling multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
