TenTwenty is looking for a passionate and talented front-end developer to join our enthusiastic team. Along with your team heads, your primary focus will be to respond to our existing customer enquiries and help solve their digital challenges.
You will be responsible for turning a customer's challenge into a smart front-end solution. The perfect position for combining both passion for development and a customer-facing job.
We are looking for someone who's fluent in English, HTML & JS. Either on-site or remote working are possible for this position.
Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
2. Act as the initial point of contact for all enhancement requests & bug fixes from clients.
3. Ensure that all changes are checked with the team head before sharing with the client.
4. Prepare CMS Videos for projects.
5. Carry out testing on our websites and provide reports to the team head.
6. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
