Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Meeting Management- Schedule appointments, meetings, and training sessions with ease and efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
- Send reminders and follow-ups to clients and team members, maintaining excellent communication.
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally, providing clear and concise answers to inquiries.
- Draft and format correspondence, proposals, and reports in Arabic & English, showcasing strong writing skills.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and inquiries, upholding confidentiality.
- Prepare and organize training materials, reports, and presentations, demonstrating expertise in data management.
- Maintain databases, track invoices, and assist with basic financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with document translation (Arabic/English) when needed, leveraging linguistic skills.
- Conduct online research and compile information as required, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Support event planning and coordination for workshops and training sessions, bringing creativity and organization.
- Assist with social media scheduling and basic content management, if desired.
- Fluent in Arabic & English (Written & Spoken) – Essential for handling GCC-based clients.
- Proven Experience in the GCC Region – Must understand regional business culture.
- 2+ Years of Experience in an Administrative or Virtual Assistant Role.
- Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & Calendar Management.
- Ability to Work Independently & Maintain Confidentiality.
- Previous experience in Training, HR, or Consulting is a plus.
