We have six specialty bars and restaurants, three outdoor pools, a wellness hub with a fully equipped gym and four treatment rooms, water sports, and a year-round Kids Club.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our culinary team as Sous Chef. You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook and serve makes our guests smile and wanting more. Our Californian beach restaurant is a hub of warmth and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
  2. Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte menus according to property recipes and standards
  3. Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
  4. Should be able to adhere to HACCP Standards
  5. Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and supplies

Requirements

You will need:

  1. At least 2 years experience as Sous Chef for an A la Carte Restaurant
  2. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with high volume of guests
  3. Expertise in A la carte
  4. Culinary education background
  5. Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
