Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute procurement strategies that align with the organization’s mission and financial parameters.

• Oversee the RFP/RFQ process for the procurement of essential goods and services that support our programs.

• Negotiate and finalize agreements that secure the best value, balancing cost efficiency with social impact.

• Cultivate supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.

• Implement cost-reduction strategies within the procurement framework while prioritizing responsible sourcing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (required).

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a procurement management capacity.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team (preferred).

• Strong grasp of procurement principles, strategies, and best practices, particularly in a nonprofit context.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical sourcing and social responsibility.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba) is a plus.
