Responsabilidades Clave:
  1. Apoyo y Cumplimiento de HSE
    • Colaborar en el desarrollo, implementación y mantenimiento de políticas, procedimientos y programas de HSE conforme a las regulaciones locales, nacionales e internacionales.
    • Asistir al Gerente de HSE en la garantía del cumplimiento de la legislación y estándares relevantes de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
    • Actualizar y mantener la documentación de HSE, incluyendo planes de seguridad, evaluaciones de riesgos, declaraciones de métodos y hojas de datos de seguridad.
  2. Inspecciones y Auditorías de Seguridad
    • Realizar inspecciones regulares en el sitio y auditorías de seguridad para identificar posibles peligros y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de HSE.
    • Colaborar en la preparación y revisión de informes de inspección, destacando áreas de preocupación y recomendando acciones correctivas.
    • Dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas para asegurar su finalización y efectividad en tiempo.
  3. Capacitación y Desarrollo
    • Colaborar en la organización y realización de programas de capacitación en HSE, inducciones y charlas informativas para empleados y subcontratistas.
    • Asegurar que todo el personal esté adecuadamente capacitado en procedimientos de seguridad, respuesta a emergencias y uso de equipos de protección personal (EPP).
    • Mantener registros de capacitación y certificaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos de formación en HSE.
  4. Informe e Investigación de Incidentes
    • Colaborar en la investigación de accidentes, incidentes y casi accidentes, identificando causas raíz y recomendando medidas preventivas.
    • Mantener registros de incidentes y preparar informes detallados para revisión por parte del Gerente de HSE y la alta dirección.
    • Apoyar el desarrollo e implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas para evitar recurrencias.
  5. Comunicación y Reporte de Seguridad
    • Colaborar en el desarrollo y distribución de materiales de comunicación de HSE, incluyendo boletines de seguridad, newsletters y avisos.
    • Apoyar al Gerente de HSE en la preparación de informes de desempeño de HSE, estadísticas y presentaciones para revisión de la dirección.
    • Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración efectiva entre el personal del sitio, la dirección y los subcontratistas en asuntos de HSE.
  6. Preparación y Respuesta a Emergencias
    • Colaborar en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de planes y procedimientos de respuesta a emergencias para las operaciones en el sitio.
    • Realizar simulacros y ejercicios de emergencia para asegurar la preparación y efectividad de los equipos de respuesta a emergencias.
    • Mantener el equipo y suministros de emergencia, asegurando que estén disponibles y en buen estado de funcionamiento.
  7. Gestión Ambiental
    • Apoyar la implementación de programas de gestión ambiental, asegurando el cumplimiento de las regulaciones ambientales y las mejores prácticas.
    • Colaborar en el monitoreo y reporte del desempeño ambiental, incluyendo gestión de residuos, uso de energía y emisiones.
    • Participar en auditorías y evaluaciones ambientales, identificando oportunidades de mejora e iniciativas de sostenibilidad.
Habilidades y Cualificaciones Clave:
  • Educación: Título o diploma en Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional, Ciencias Ambientales, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado. Certificación en HSE (por ejemplo, NEBOSH, IOSH) es un plus.
  • Experiencia: 1-2 años de experiencia en roles de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente, preferiblemente dentro de la industria de la construcción o fachadas.
  • Conocimiento: Familiaridad con regulaciones, estándares y mejores prácticas de HSE relevantes para la industria de la construcción y fachadas.
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Dominio de software y herramientas de HSE (por ejemplo, sistemas de gestión de incidentes, software de gestión de seguridad).
  • Habilidades de Comunicación: Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de preparar informes y presentaciones claras y concisas.
  • Habilidades Analíticas: Capacidad para analizar datos, identificar tendencias y desarrollar recomendaciones prácticas para mejorar el desempeño de HSE.
